Refund Policy

We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments canceled within 24 hours or no-shows will incur a 25% service fee, charged to the card on file.
Deposits, if collected, are non-refundable but may be applied to a future appointment with proper notice.
Thank you for your understanding and for helping us maintain a balanced experience for all guests.


Appointment Cancellation Policy:

We kindly require 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a 25% service fee.
• No-shows will also be charged 25% of the scheduled service price.
• Deposits, if collected, are non-refundable but may be applied toward a future appointment when proper notice is given.
• Fees are charged to the card on file.

This policy allows us to honor our therapists’ time and ensure availability for all guests.
