Welcome to Soohwa Spa. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Soohwa Spa. We operate this website, online store, booking platform, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) to provide scalp therapy treatments, consultations, memberships, and retail products.

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide secure e-commerce functionality. By accessing, browsing, booking appointments, or purchasing products or services through our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy

If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

 


SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT

By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information for bookings and purchases. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and payment information.

Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or shared.

 


SECTION 2 – SPA SERVICES & CONSULTATIONS

Soohwa Spa provides professional scalp analysis, Korean headspa treatments, therapeutic massage, and related services. Our services are educational and cosmetic in nature and do not constitute medical diagnosis or treatment.

We recommend consulting a licensed physician or dermatologist for medical scalp conditions including but not limited to severe psoriasis, infections, or advanced alopecia.

Clients must disclose relevant health conditions, allergies, medications, pregnancy status, or scalp sensitivities prior to treatment.

We reserve the right to refuse service for health, safety, or policy violations.

 


SECTION 3 – MEMBERSHIPS

Memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment and automatically renew monthly unless canceled with 30 days’ written notice.

Membership benefits:

  • Do not roll over

  • Are non-transferable

  • Cannot be combined with other promotions

By enrolling, you authorize recurring monthly billing.

 


SECTION 4 – PRODUCTS & ONLINE ORDERS

We strive to display accurate product descriptions and images. However, product appearance may vary depending on device display settings.

All retail purchases are final unless damaged or defective. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Online orders may be picked up by appointment only at our spa location.

We reserve the right to limit or refuse orders at our discretion.

 


SECTION 5 – PRICING & BILLING

All prices are subject to change without notice. Taxes, shipping, and processing fees may apply.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and agree to pay all charges incurred.

 


SECTION 6 – CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

We require advance notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeited deposits or applicable fees.

 


SECTION 7 – LONG HAIR ADD-ON POLICY

Clients with longer or thicker hair may require additional time and product. If the Long Hair Add-On is not selected at booking and additional service time is required, a fee may be applied at the appointment.

By proceeding with your service, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

 


SECTION 8 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website — including text, branding, logos, service names, graphics, and materials — is the property of Soohwa Spa and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Unauthorized use may violate intellectual property laws.

 


SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Our online store is powered by Shopify. However, all sales and services are conducted directly with Soohwa Spa. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and Soohwa Spa.

Personal information collected through our Services is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to data collection and processing as described therein.

 


SECTION 11 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

We do not guarantee specific treatment outcomes, hair growth results, or scalp recovery timelines, as results vary by individual.

 


SECTION 12 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soohwa Spa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services or products.

By receiving services, you acknowledge inherent risks including temporary redness, sensitivity, or irritation.

 


SECTION 13 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located within California.

 


SECTION 14 – CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
